- Billing information — payment details necessary to process the $250 flat-fee transaction coordination charge
We do not collect information passively through tracking technologies beyond a single theme-preference cookie (see Section 5).
2 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our transaction coordination services. Specific uses include:
- Coordinating all aspects of your real estate transaction from contract to close
- Communicating with you, your clients, and other transaction parties regarding deadlines, documents, and milestones
- Scheduling inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closing appointments
- Preparing and organizing transaction documents and compliance files
- Processing payments for services rendered
- Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support

- Email services — for communication with agents, clients, and transaction parties. Email transmissions may not be fully secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive information (such as Social Security numbers or full financial account numbers) via email.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies independently. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Our services are professional real estate transaction coordination services directed at licensed real estate agents, brokers, and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
