• Billing information — payment details necessary to process the $250 flat-fee transaction coordination charge

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve our transaction coordination services. Specific uses include:

• Coordinating all aspects of your real estate transaction from contract to close
• Communicating with you, your clients, and other transaction parties regarding deadlines, documents, and milestones
